From voice infrastructure to connected systems
Our background is in telecommunications. We built Communix, our own communications platform, to solve problems we faced running voice services, and then found that other businesses and service providers had the same problems.
Running that platform taught us to design for redundancy, monitor everything, and document how systems fit together. The same discipline applies to networks, cloud services, and custom software, which is why we now offer all three.
